Pianist Milda Umbrusevičiūtė's concert program features the impulsive R. Schumann and the refined M. Ravel.

Two piano cycles that contradict each other in musical language will not sound by chance. The musical worlds of R. Schumann, a romantic with a changeable character, impulsive, open emotions, and M. Ravel, an impressionist characterized by introverted, refined manners, revolve like two different poles.

This is Milda's second recital of the Magic of Music in the club. Having presented the concert "Ringing Water" in the spring of this year, the pianist prepared a new program with the intriguing name "Beyond the Mirror", with which she will make her debut in St. James's Church concert hall in London in October.

MILDA UMBRUSEVIČIŪTĖ - the pianist is a graduate of the J. Naujalis Music Gymnasium.

She was awarded a letter of thanks from the President of the Republic of Lithuania Valdas Adamkaus for her achievements in international competitions. in 2011 Milda graduated from prof. Halina Radvilaitė's class and obtained a master's degree in performing arts from LMTA. The performer's musical path was enriched by studies at the Sibelius Academy in Finland, master classes with prof. Mūza Rubackytė, prof. Petr Genius, prof. Jurgis Karnavičius, prof. Roka Zubova, prof. Oliver Kern, Prof. Roland Krüger, prof. Peter Donohoe et al.
