Time for yourself - to breathe and breathe in new sensory experiences accompanied by music.

Pianist Gabija Natalevičienė and drama therapist Ekaterina Today's session is based on the synthesis of elements of music and drama therapy.

The music that will be played is inspired by eastern culture and meditation practices. The main highlight of the musical program is the cycle "The Book of Sounds" by the German composer Hans Otte, which the author created after several years of studying Zen Buddhist philosophy and practicing meditation. The composer's spiritual experiences were realized in music of special impact, which, according to the author, reveals the listener as a partner of sound and silence, searching for his own world and longing to be alone with sound. In this piece, the composer opens up to us a completely new perception of the sounds in the earth as a resounding experience.

Self-exploration can take place both through verbal and non-verbal communication. Self-awareness in sound, moment, time and space will take place by applying elements of drama therapy. While listening to music, we will search together for what a pause means to us: is it a moment of resounding silence, or is it a moment of anxiety and insecurity, or maybe a moment of discovery?

During the meeting, you can try to make sense of your life experience, getting involved as much as you want in the creative process. through the media of drama and theatre. Communication is possible through improvisation, play therapy, story telling and creation, connecting the movement of music.

Participants in this event are recommended to wear comfortable, movement-restricting clothing and warm socks, for a cozy stay without shoes.
