Music bars-for you and you (meeting with the authors of the publication)
For Johann Sebastian Bach's 340th birth anniversary! It is a unique opportunity not only to hear lively performed Bach music, but also to get to know interesting musical artefacts and less well -known facts from his life.
The two of the world's most prominent pearls of cello music will be performed during the evening - no. 1 G-Dur (BWV 1007) and no. 3 C-Dur (BWV 1009). It is a music that has been fascinated by the young generation musician Julius Kletas Jonušas, a young generation musician for more than three hundred years in its simplicity, depth and emotional expression. The cellist was born and raised in Vilnius, and started his musical path at the National M.K. Čiurlionis School of Art (Ramutė Kalnėnaitė's class) later continued his studies at Chetham's Music School in Manchester (Prof. Anna Menzies) and the Royal College of Northern Music. As a soloist and chamber music artist Julius Kletas, he has performed in Lithuania, the United Kingdom and other European countries, played in famous concert halls such as Wigmore Hall and Cadogan Hall. Currently, J. K. Jonušas lives in Lithuania, plays in various orchestras and ensembles, and organizes solo concerts. Julius Kletas Jonušas reasonably calls one of the most talented among young cellists.
Bach music is the perfect synthesis of harmony and logic that excites the mind and soul even three hundred years later. For Bach, music was both science and prayer. His creation is the perfect balance between mathematical logic and deep emotional content, between the beauty of the heavenly harmony and the earthy of life. It is a music where you can hear both space order and human heartbeat.
20 children - and more than 1,100 works of various genres and form, including cantatas, oratorios, fugue, concerts and suite. It is believed that part of his creation may still not be preserved or undiscovered. Bach was not only a composer, but also a teacher, organist, chaplain. He had to write a new cantat every week, rehearse and perform it in Sunday services! The Bach family was so musical that their name had become synonymous with a musician for a long time in the country. As many as 50 members of the tribe were professional music!
Bach liked to leave his signature in the works using notes B-a-C-H.
after Bach's death, his work was long forgotten. Thanks to Felix Mendelssohn, the world learned about Johann Sebastian Bach. The unexpected angle of J. S. Bach will discuss the creative work of Soc. m. dr. Ina Dagytė-Mituzienė and composer prof. Audronė Žigaitytė-Nekrošienė.
It is symbolic that Mendelssohn, who "returned" to the world, was also an energetic music promoter who wrote articles for musical publications of the time. So it is logical that the evening will be meaningfully presenting and getting to know the articles of the latest music art and science publication "Music Bars". A cup of tea, sweets and the opportunity to share your impressions will complete the festive evening for Bach.
