She was born in the suburbs of Buenos Aires, was forbidden, condemned, but survived because it expresses what we do not say in words: passionate longing, stormy feelings, soul rebellion. Today, tango sounds in concert halls around the world, and its spirit remains fatal and unpredictable.
The Balada Para El Tango program is intertwined with classical tango melodies, contemporary music forms and improvisational moods. The unusual composition of the ensemble allows you to look for new timbre consonants, expand the boundaries of tango resolution and give each piece a unique sound.
The title of the concert is the allusion to the song "Balada Para Un Loca" ("Ballad about a freak"), which reveals the wild, vital and insanely sincere nature of the tango. According to the performers, such music is sensitive not only with ears but also in the body: the tango immediately excites, forces even to breathe differently.
The program will feature works of Itor Piazzollos, Carlo Gardel, Petri Makkonen, Mikołaja Majkusak, Carlo Salsed, Jolanta Grinevich, Roberto Jürendall and other authors. It is a synthesis of contemporary music and tango styling that conveys not only the rhythm of the dance but also the human emotional world - from melancholy to ecstasy.
The Classic+ensemble came together in 2017. And since then, he has consistently develops a peculiar artistic direction. Their concerts were performed in the Lithuanian Halls and Pažaislis Music Festival, the International Accordion Festival, Culture Night, performances and chamber music events. 2022 The ensemble released the album of Lithuanian composers "Create Me".
