Egidijus Sipavičius invites you to acoustic concerts: it's time to talk
The gentleman of the stage, the singer Egidijus Sipavičius, who never lacks a smile and good energy, invites you to a somewhat unusual format for him - at the end of November, the artist will hold three warm, intimate acoustic concerts in Vilnius, Kaunas and Alytus. The singer will be joined at the concerts by pianist and well-known composer Vitalijs Neugasimov, as well as by the men's vocal ensemble "Fratres".
E. Sipavičius says that he chose the acoustic form of concerts because it was time to talk to the audience - not to shout or rage, but to hear each other, to listen, to be together.
"Each text, each melody has a lot of subtexts, messages and nuances that we often don't hear. It takes focus and open hearts to hear them. This time, I want to talk about those unheard implications - to re-think and feel the same well-known songs together with the listeners, - says the singer. - I think that I have finally matured both as a musician and as a person - I keep discovering something new in my music and that of other artists, I hear wonderful things that I want to share with the audience at these concerts."
The artist says that every meeting with the listeners is an extremely important and incomparable experience for him.
"Concerts are a source of energy and joy for me, during them I give a lot of myself, but at the same time - I also get a lot," says E. Sipavičius. - Before every performance, I still get excited, sometimes it seems that the body is undergoing a mobilization process of physical and emotional energy - like a huge accumulating energy bubble, which I share with the audience during the concert. It's an extraordinary joy when everything succeeds - then I fly like on wings for a few more days."
