"Kedrostubùrs is a band playing alternative rock, hip-hop, soul and jazz, or as they call it - Sea Wave style. Its four band members, Matas, Pijus, Maks and Giedrius, started playing and experimenting together at school and In the streets of the old town of Vilnius, the first competitions won, such as Loft's "Novus'18" (1st place) and Tamsta's "Garažas'18" (3rd place), gave the group's name recognition, and the group's members even more inspiration to move on.
In 2019, a couple of years after the founding of the group, the group's first album DEL was recorded and released to the world, full of summery, sea-loving, youthful works, among which you can also find elements of fancy language or even polka.
From 2022, additional members joined the group: Antanas (trumpet), Laima (vocalist) and Danielius, who replaced the group's longtime bassist Giedriu. The renewed "Kedrostubùras" released its third album "KUR SEA VAI" in 2024, in which the previously heard chaos is replaced by a more mature approach to arrangements and melodies, without losing its playfulness and in some places still inviting you to party, even if you lack strength.
Kedrostubùras, who has already played almost one and a half hundred concerts, does not get tired of the place and gives all his energy, concentration and love to the listener during each concert. Their biggest musical mission is that connection and a common testimony of the miracle of life and all the states that fit into it. :30
