We invite you to a musical journey where three different worlds meet, but in the work of Vytenis Danielius, they organically merge - classics, tango and jazz. This time, the accordion will be revealed not only as a melodic instrument, but also as a portable organ or orchestra in one instrument - from delicate classical interpretations to temperamental tango rhythms and free jazz improvisation.
Vytenis Danielius is an accordionist, composer, singer, multi-instrumentalist, who is able to combine different musical experiences and genres into one musical program. His repertoire includes the music of Johann Sebastian Bach, the works of Niccolò Paganini, tango, jazz, pop music and the author's own compositions. In every performance, the performer stands out for his technical mastery, expression and unique approach to music.
Vytenis is a laureate of prestigious international accordion competitions, having performed on various stages of Europe, Asia and other countries. He acquired his musical education in Lithuania, and during internships he deepened his knowledge in Italy, Holland and Latvia. The performer has even obtained three higher education diplomas - in the fields of classical accordion, jazz vocals and saxophone. This experience in different disciplines allows him to move freely between carefully felt classical, improvisational jazz and other music genres.
Vytenis attracted the attention of classical music fans with his impressive interpretations of works for the accordion, including "Toccata and Fugue in D minor", which has gathered hundreds of thousands of views on the Internet. Meanwhile, jazz is taking more and more space in his musical activities today. The artist's original composition "Victory" was selected by the international commission for the publication "Jazz from Lithuania 2025", which presents the brightest and highest quality 2025. Jazz works released in Lithuania.
The debut vinyl record "Shades of Heart" marks a new stage of his creativity. It subtly combines the influences of classical music, jazz and tango.
During this concert, Vytenis Danielius will open a wide palette of accordion sounds to the listeners - from classical and tango to jazz, original creations and well-known melodies.
