"Young PIOTR KOSCIK was born in Rzeszow (Poland), where he took his first steps in music at the age of seven, prof. In Zanna Parchomowska's class. in 2014 he graduated from the Vienna University of Music and Performing Arts, where he studied with the famous prof. Oleg Maisenberg. Mr. Koscik completed his post-graduate studies at the Scuola di Musica di Fiesole in Florence with the world-renowned pianist prof. Elisa Virsaladze. Mr. Koscik is a winner of many international competitions, including the "International Competition for Young Musicians" in Enschede, where he won second place and the "Special Prize of the Netherlands Symphony Orchestra" - a national tour with the orchestra. At the 25th Klavierpodium der Jugend competition in Munich, he received first prize and a special prize for the best performance of a classical sonata. In addition, he was awarded at the International Silesian Piano Competition in Zabrze and the International Music Competition in Osaka. Mr. Koscik has received several awards and scholarships, such as the Young Talents Award, the Polish Prime Minister's Scholarship, the German Maschmann Foundation Award, the Austrian Yehudi Menuhin Foundation Scholarship, and the American GP&P Trust. scholarship.

In addition to the concert tour with the Netherlands Symphony Orchestra, he has also performed with such orchestras as the Bratislava Radio Symphony Orchestra, the National Kosovo Symphony Orchestra, the Polish Southern Carpathian Philharmonic Orchestra in Rzeszów, the Zabrze Symphony Orchestra and the Romanian Székelyföldi Symphony Orchestra orchestra. Mr. Koscik has performed in many European countries, in such famous concert halls as "Gasteig" in Munich, "Radiokulturhaus" in Vienna, "Monaco Palace" in Paris, "Kolarac" in Belgrade, "Red Hall" in Pristina, "Spiegel". He has also appeared at many prestigious festivals, such as Palermo Classica, International Chopin Festival, Kartause Gaming, Chopiniade in Frankfurt am Main, Piano Fest in Pristina, Muzyka na poziomie in Zabrze, etc.

P. Koscik has participated in masterclasses around the world with renowned pianists such as Dang Thai Son, Matti Raekallio, Michel Béroff, Elzbieta Tarnawska and Alicja Paleta-Bugaj. While still studying in Vienna, Mr. Koscik was recognized for his excellent interpretation of Chopin's music and became the youngest member of the Council of the International Chopin Society in Vienna. P. Koscik's first solo CD contains works by F. Šopen and F. Liszt, published by the Austrian publishing company "Redpmusic".
