A special guest is coming to Vilnius, Austrian violinist Frank Stadler, concertmaster of the Mozarteum orchestra in Salzburg, who, together with well-known and highly valued performers by Lithuanian listeners, pianist Guoda Gedvilaite, violinist Dalia Dėdinskaite and cellist Gleb Pyšniak will perform some of the most beautiful chamber music opus!

About the artists

FRANK STALDER started taking violin lessons at the age of five. After graduating with honors from the Mozarteum University of Salzburg, he became an assistant to his former teacher, the famous violinist Helmut Zehetmair. Frank also studied in Ruggiero Ricci's class and participated in masterclasses with Thomas Brandis, Franco Gulli and Ivry Gitlis. in 1993 Frank Stadler founded the "Stadler Quartett", with whom he performs all over the world, appeared at the Salzburg Festival. in 2010 The "NEOS" publishing company released a CD of works by Helmut Lachenmann performed by the "Stadler Quartett", which was awarded the "Pasticcio" prize of the Austrian radio station ORF. In recent years, the Stadler Quartett has focused mainly on the string quartets of the Polish-Jewish composer Mieczysław Weinberg.

Since 1999. Frank Stadler is concertmaster of the Mozarteum Orchestra in Salzburg. His live concert recording of W. A. ​​Mozart's Haffner Serenade under Hubert Soudant has been released on CD, and W. One of the most prominent Lithuanian pianists, GUODA GEDVILAITĘ-GOEHLE, can often be heard performing on the stages of Lithuania and many foreign countries. Her stage partners are not only famous orchestras and classical music performers, but also actors, dancers or jazz musicians.

After studying at the national M.K. Pianist since 1995, studying at the Čiurlionis School of Arts and the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theater (class of Prof. Veronika Vitaitė). improved his mastery at the University of Music and Fine Arts in Frankfurt am Main, prof. In Lev Natochenny's class.
1995 the winner of the international M. K. Čiurlionis pianist and organist competition in Vilnius won first prizes in other international competitions: N. She teaches at the Frankfurt am Main School of Music and Fine Arts, conducts international master courses in Lithuania and Germany, successfully implements many musical projects on her own initiative, such as Clara Schumann Salonai, which unites professional performers and the growing young generation of musicians. The pianist is currently inspiring two international classical music festivals with her endless artistic ideas: from 2024 after taking over the helm of the artistic director of the festival "Druskininkų vasara su M.K.
