Enchanting views from the window, everyday experiences and the opportunity to rediscover Kaunas - all this awaits those who chose this trip! On a special route, accompanied by a guide, we will go on an expedition along the tracks, on which we will not usually see a rolling passenger train.
During the excursion, we will first drive through the unknown corners of Šanţi to the legendary "Drobė" factory. Here we will have the opportunity to visit the impressive buildings and explore how the industrial powerhouse known to every true Kaunian was transformed. Later, we will travel through Freda, which is famous for its deep history, we will climb to the peaks of Aleksot, until we finally reach the airfield of S. Darius and S. Girėnas. At the Lithuanian Aviation Museum, we will visit the outdoor exhibition and enjoy the panorama of the surroundings from the museum's terrace. After this visit, the train will return to the Kaunas railway station by the shortest route.
The excursion is paid - a ticket must be purchased. The number of places is limited.
Duration - about 4 hours.
Two drop-offs are planned for the route - at the "Drobės" factory and at S. Darius and S. Girėnos aerodromes.

ATTENTION! We recommend arriving at least 15 min. before the start of the tour. Please do not be late. The train moves according to a strictly defined schedule - if you are late for it, you will not be able to join the excursion. Tickets of latecomers will not be transferred and money will not be refunded.
