When and how did plant motifs conquer the imagination of liturgical textiles and goldsmiths? Or more importantly, what did they symbolize? Does every ring make sense? What plants grew in a paradise garden?
In Christian art, there are plenty of reflections and aspirations that are expressed using colors, golden gloss and copying creation. Plants, especially flowers, take up a lot of space. The image of God as a gardener is not alienated to the Christian faith. The beginning of the beginning of the year reads the Creator of God who created the world with everything alive - with all plants and animals, and the first people were inhabited by the Garden of Paradise. It is the perfect place, the land of bliss, effortlessly, without suffering, no worry.
We invite you to delve deeper into the meaning of plant patterns in Christian art, to admire the "blooming" Baroque in goldsmiths, and with plenty of flower bouquets in the liturgical textile.
The duration of the tour is 1 hour.
The tour of the visitor's ticket (9 Eur, with a discount - 5 Eur) is free.
