Paddleboarding lessons for teenagers is an opportunity for teens to take their first steps or improve their rowing technique in paddle sports. In the first lessons, children get to know the equipment used in rowing and the most important principles of safe behavior in the water and correct rowing, and continue to improve their rowing skills, training to strengthen the muscles of the whole body and posture.

During the lessons, in small groups (up to 4 children's) children learn not only how to swim safely, but also learn how to do it easier - they develop rowing techniques and methods, so it doesn't take long before they even know how to swim safer, faster and easier than adults.

Lessons are conducted by certified (ASI qualified) instructors who constantly improve their knowledge of paddle boards and paddle sports in international instructor courses and seminars.

TIME. We start at 13:00. Lesson duration 1 hour.

CLOTHING. Clothing is recommended to be loose, sporty, which does not restrict movement. Dress for the weather - if the day is cooler, dress warmer. We recommend swimming barefoot. Keep a spare set of clothes with you just in case. If the kids have personal life jackets, you can take them for all the mischief. Although vests are not recommended (for safety reasons paddleboarding uses tethers), since vests interfere with proper paddling technique and make it difficult to get back on the board after a fall, if a child is too timid to swim without one, they can be used. If the child does not have a vest, we can give one, but swimming with a personal one is always more comfortable.

In case of very unfavorable weather conditions (storm, thunderstorm or other dangerous natural phenomenon), which may endanger the participants of the event, the event may not take place as planned on time and be postponed to another date by mutual agreement. In this case, the tour participants are informed by personal contact on the phone provided during ticket purchase.

PARTICIPANTS. Children from 12 to 15 years old can participate in the lessons. We invite the younger ones (8-11) to the children's lessons, and from the age of 16, young people and adults - to join the adult group. If the child swims very poorly or doubts his ability to swim in a group, he can start with an individual lesson, its time can be arranged by contacting info@gosup.

If the lesson takes place, but the client does not arrive to it and if you do not contact the administration with the contacts indicated on the ticket due to your absence in advance (24 hours before the start of the lesson), the ticket is considered used. The purchased ticket is valid only for the lesson, the date of which is indicated on the ticket. The money for the purchased ticket is refunded only if the lesson is cancelled.
