Path lessons for teens are an opportunity for teens to take the first steps or improve rowing techniques in paddle sports. In the first lessons, children get to know the inventory used in the paddle sport and the most important principles of safe water behavior and the principles of correct rowing, and continue to improve their rowing skills, train their entire body muscles and posture.

During the lessons, in small groups (up to 4 children), children learn not only to swim safely, but also to learn how to do it easier - generation of rowing techniques, methods, so they are soon able to safer, faster and easier than adults.

Lessons are conducted by certified (ASI qualifications) instructors who constantly develop their knowledge of paddles and paddle sports in international instructor courses and seminars.
Time. We start at 17:00. Lesson duration 1 hour.

Outfit. The outfit is recommended for loose, sporty that does not restrict movements. Get dressed in the weather - if the day is cooler, get warmer. We advise you to swim barefoot. For all the evil, have a spare kit with you. If children have personal life jackets, you can pick them up for all the evil. Although the use of vests is not recommended (for safety paddle sports), the vests interfere with the correct rowing technique and make it difficult to return to the board falling if the child is afraid to swim without it, they can be used. If the child does not have a vest, we can give, but with a personal swim always more comfortable.

In very unfavorable weather conditions (storms, thunderstorms or other dangerous natural phenomena), which may endanger the participants of the event, the event may not take place at the scheduled time and be transferred to the next date by mutual agreement. Participants. Children between the ages of 12 and 15 can participate in lessons. Younger (8-11) are invited to classes for children and, from the age of 16, join the adult group.
