Actor Mantas Vaitiekūnas' debut play "ONE LEG IN HOLLYWOOD" depicts a specific, but at the same time universal situation - the selection of actors for a horror film. New actors come to the screening room, one after another, with the goal of becoming movie stars.
In the play, two talented actors Mantas Vaitiekūnas and Tomas Rinkūnas portray several different characters, but it is like the story of one person. The story touches on the temporality and even absurdity of the actor's profession when telling about love and the most unexpected situations.
"The tragicomic genre is the closest, because this is our life", says the author of the play, actor Mantas Vaitiekūnas.
The show "ONE LEG IN HOLLYWOOD" is not only a story about the life of the actors, but also about all of us.
