When creating this work, I started with the theme of sensitivity - as a way to look at yourself without filters, to allow yourself to unfold in what is fragile, uncomfortable, but important. It became like a silent gesture of openness, an invitation to an inner world where sensitivity is not a weakness, but rather an ability to see deeper, understand more and be closer – to yourself and to others. Sensitivity revealed itself to me as the ability to see not only the surface of situations, but also their tensions, contradictions and omissions. However, the more I delved into this topic, the more clearly I realized that the problem lies not in the sensitivity itself. It occurs when sensitivity encounters patriarchal structures that do not recognize and devalue it. Toxic masculinity often hides behind masks of strength, control, and silence, making sensitivity a threat rather than an asset. This work was born from the desire to open space for a different vision of the world - one where tenderness is no longer synonymous with weakness, and sensitivity becomes not a cause of shame, but strength. It is an invitation to rethink the world, where aggression, control and the pressure of norms still prevail, and to look for other - freer and more empathetic - forms of being together.
