October 4. (Friday), 7:00 p.m. In Kaunas, in the cozy and intimate hall of the Kaunas Artists' House (V. Putvinsko st. 56-1), an exclusive theatrical event will take place!

The unique performance "Judas Iscariot", based on the famous expressionist writer Leonidas Andreev ( 1871-1919) of the work of the same name - the updated premiere by the wonderful director and actor Alexander Rubinov will be shown in the hometown of the famous artist!
This is a version of the famous Bible story, an anatomy of betrayal, a kind of Gospel of Judas.

Deeply believing in the Teacher, painfully loving Him, Judas at the same time consistently paves the way for Jesus to Golgotha, believing holy that a miracle will happen...

But the question, who betrayed? - is not so simple and clear : whether the silent "faithful" disciples, or the screaming, bloodthirsty crowd, or Judas, who is forever cursed with the shameful name of TRAITOR...
