This is just a small part of the memories that fit in the word HOME. We all feel
and perceive home differently, but we all clearly know that HOME is much more than just
a place to live. It is a place where we feel safe, loved and calm. However, what
happens to those for whom home does not evoke such feelings? What happens to those who can't find a home their whole
life? And not the physical ones, but the internal ones, which sometimes require a whole
life to build.
The play tells the story of three teenagers growing up in an orphanage who will soon
come of age and have to move out to live independently. However, to everyone
's surprise, the social worker announces the news - she will move a newcomer to them. The domestic scenes of the play intertwine with the lives of people who have already left the orphanage. This play
was created based on true stories, when playwright Karolina Urbeni worked in a children's
care home.
It is a play about the gift of natural love and the never-ending journey towards your HOME.
