Although the action of history begins on winter, New Year's Eve, the narrative reveals the uniqueness of each month of the year. It all starts with a mail carriage stops at the city gate. It has twelve mysterious passengers. They are all unlike each other, bright and special, and more importantly, they bring twelve -month gifts.

“In this tale like a calendar, we can look at what we are waiting for every year new beginnings. The tale Andersen wrote more than 160 years ago - it is very interesting to compare how he imagined the course of the year at the time, how he described the unique qualities of each month. In the performance, we are trying to supplement this authentic attitude with elements of modern human life, such that the smallest viewers of us find the relationship with each month, ”says actress Ieva Pakštytė.

The performance creative team - 6 young theater professionals, all of them are different. Pupils of the Generation of Actor and Director Valentinas Masalskis. The stage experience of the actors in this performance will be revealed in every possible aspects - the team not only creates a dramatic tale interpretation, but also takes care of the scenography, costumes, soundtrack.
