Stage by Lev Tolstoy's story "Kreicer Sonata"

One of the Levo Tolstoy's story "Kreicer Sonata" considers his best work, others contradicts his thoughts. In a scandalous piece, passionate love, jealousy and criticism of society are intertwined.

A talk about love, women's situation, family conflicts and violence. A long silent passenger opens up about his unhappy marriage. He married a much younger woman who fascinated him with the beauty and innocence of his youth. They were born five children. But the man is frustrated with love and marriage, as the couple's relationships have a lot of riches, controversy and strife. He confesses that he has been jealous and hatred of his wife's close communication and music with the violinist, killing her.

The Russian literary classic, writer Lev Tolstoy, tells the confession of a man who killed his wife. Balancing between feminism and hatred for women, the writer touches on a number of topical topics: family relationships, gender equality, love, passion and violence. A published short story about marriage and family values, has caused an international scandal - banned both in Russia and the US.
