Mahamaya Electronic Devices is a theatrical experience that does not offer roles, life situations or a coherent narrative. Based on Ivan Wyrypayev's play, the performance with a rich chorus of questions and answers draws the foreboding boundaries of our complex and ambiguous world and invites us to think: what constants are indisputable in our everyday life? Do they really exist? Is there one, universal truth?

Touching the deepest aspects of human life, asking about God, love and the limits of personal freedom, Mahamaya Electronic Devices artists try to find an answer to the fundamental questions of humanity, all overflowing with words and themes already hinting that the answer lies beyond the language barrier. Iwan Wyrypajew (b. 1974) is a film and theater director, actor and one of the most important contemporary playwrights in Europe. I. Wyrypajew's works are well known to Lithuanian audiences - his plays have been staged at the Lithuanian National Drama Theatre, Kaunas National Drama Theatre, Oskars Koršunovas Theatre, Atviras Ratas Theater and many others. "Mahamaya Electronic Devices" is the second work based on the dramaturgy of I. Wyrypajew, which appeared on the stage of the Juoz Miltinis Drama Theater after 2020. premieres of "The Iranian Conference" (dir. A. Špilevoj) took place. Since 2014 the artist lives in Poland and strongly opposes the Russian invasion of Ukraine. in 2023 I. Wyrypajew together with his wife, the actress Karolina Gruszka, founded the international cultural fund "Teal House", the purpose of which is to help artists who had to leave their native countries and integrate and create in other countries for geopolitical, economic or personal reasons.

Mykola Mishyn (b. 1987) – director, playwright, teacher. Having started his creative path in 2012. In Ukrainian and Russian theaters, from 2022. the artist lives and works in Poland. Together with I. Wyrypajew, he has presented "Mahamaya Electronic Devices" in Warsaw and Chisinau. M. Mishynas currently works at the "Teal House" foundation.

The performance was created in cooperation with the "Teal House" foundation.
