Education-excursion in the theater
Education-excursion in the theater with the character Karlson is intended for 7-10 year olds. for children to get to know the theater from its various sides, to get to know various professions and to try the mysterious process of creating theater magic. Access will be provided for the children themselves to safely turn on the stage lights and sound effects. The props used in performances are examined, and their structure is examined. By introducing children to theatrical professions, the relationship between them will also be clarified. Performance posters, their aesthetic side and purpose will be reviewed and analyzed. During education, children using theatrical costumes and make-up will be able to become characters and act out a short play based on a prepared script - in this way, children's creativity, ability to improvise, and communication are developed.
Tour leader Karlson will encourage children's curiosity, encourage them to ask questions and interest, will strengthen their sense of security and confidence when being in public institutions and communicating with people from theater professions, will familiarize them with the rules of behavior in the theater. This excursion is a unique way not only to get to know the backstage of the theater, the process of creative work, but also to get to know yourself, your interests, inclinations, thoughts and creativity. It is a socially and creatively responsible excursion that fosters general social skills and knowledge of theater as one of the main branches of art.
