THEATRODROME | AMERICA IN THE BATH | TAŠKO TEATRASThe first original Lithuanian comedy "Amerika pirtės" has turned into a musical comedy for today's audience thanks to the theater from Klaipėda after almost 125 years! The author of scenography, Renata Valčik, skillfully creates a provincial atmosphere in the play - used car tires stand for furniture, and swans, ingeniously twisted and painted in bright colors, are the truest evidence of the provincial artistic "taste". The painfully recognizable signs of the modern Lithuanian countryside will make you cry with all your heart. This comedy is accompanied by music performed by live actors, expertly performed vocal parts, bright costumes and make-up, a lot of humorous improvisation, youthful exuberance, lightness, games and freedom. However, the main idea remains the same as in the days of Keturakis - it is always better where we are not!
