About the performance

One day in a gray apartment building, the television announces about corona and quarantine - the doors of all the apartments in the house close and life seems to stop. But really? After all, behind all those doors there are residents with their usually extraordinary daily lives!

Lapiščiunksibantis the cockroach, who is not restricted by any quarantine restrictions, embarks on a journey to get to know the residents of his hometown and find a happy home. The purpose of the hike, at first glance, seems quite simple. But first, the cockroach will have to find out, and what is that happiness?

The playful and philosophical play, based on the children's book "Scarier than the cockroach" by the writer Vaiva Rykštaitė, is perfect for the whole family. The hero of the show, the cockroach, while taking the audience around different apartments and introducing them to their residents, will raise questions: on the topics of loneliness, separation, ageism, addictions, leaving space for them to find answers to their own questions.
