The creators of the show address a young person and try to understand what shapes his values, relationships with peers and parents. Is the modern young person ready to confront reality or is he inclined to run away from it?

In the play, the teenage girl Ieva (actress Ieva Kaniušaitė) introduces herself to the audience: "I am Ieva . I have never been to Siberia. And I don't know what will happen tomorrow. Even as a child, I used to hear: the Russians will attack, there will be a war, they will not defend the Motherland, the youth are completely spoiled, if only they were in Siberia..." She travels forward to the past and back to the present in a time elevator, identifies herself with a teenage girl of the same age, who in the fifth decade of the last century together with mother was exiled to Siberia. There are many things that separate them, but probably also connect them. While traveling through the labyrinths of memory, dreams, fantasies and actual history, the girl faces real pain, experiences losses, but also finds herself in curious and smile-inducing situations.

The play's dramaturgy is like mosaic pictures, enhanced by documentary images of the past, reveal the painful history of Lithuania in the past century. The journey through the labyrinths of history matures the girl and makes her ask new questions. Are the experiences of exile just a few pages in a history textbook that we write on the school bench and languidly remember during public holidays? And can we be sure that our freedom is guaranteed?..
