A musical performance for children based on Lyman Frank Baum's tale "The Wizard of Oz", "Yellow Brick Road" is a performance that has been in existence for more than 30 years, the history of which began with the production of another, well-known play by the Theater of Freaks, "The Wizard of the Emerald City". The play, which was on stage for 11 years, was reborn after a five-year hiatus in completely new colors, with completely different actors, with a different name, but with unforgettable songs and indisputable truths, because as more than one Stranger repeats: "The most important thing is to see the miracle in simple things!" This story began when one little girl named Dorothy got bored of everything: the house, the books, and even the toys. Then a huge storm, caused by the evil sorceress Gingema, flew the girl from her native Kansas to a distant, mysterious and unknown country. But in the magical book it is written: "The little girl who was brought to Wonderland by a hurricane will be brought home by the Great Wizard of the Emerald City if she fulfills the three creatures' most ardent wishes." And the winding Yellow Brick Road led to the Emerald City, full of all kinds of surprises and dangers... If you are curious and brave, you are not afraid of witches and sorcerers, we invite you to travel along the Yellow Brick Road "to the City of Dreams, where the emeralds shine" with Dorothy. Then you will see for yourself whether the little girl managed to reach the Emerald City, you will find out whether Dorothy has returned to her native home. And we wish you the fulfillment of your most ardent desires and most beautiful dreams: "It's only important to want, try hard and believe."
