Writing about these people, exploring their plight, I kind of attached myself to them. They are quite contradictory, sometimes frighteningly childish, and sometimes quite mature. They talked nonsense here, but they also said something wise. They are spoiled, complacent, selfish, silly, sweet, intelligent, self-sacrificing, devoted, angry, tender, sentimental, insufferable and lovable. All this together. So let's see how things went there."
