The performance is intended for children aged 3-11.
Olga Lapina, winner of the Golden Stage Cross for a performance for children, will be a guest on the stage of the Vilnius Small Theater this time. The young director was inspired for the children's performance by Scandinavian literature, which impresses her with its atmosphere, connection with nature, and its ability to reveal the mechanisms of children's thinking: "It is full of various shades of human relationships, and is not afraid of non-"childish" themes, such as death, loneliness, betrayal. There is a huge potential for theater in such themes."
The play will tell the story of an Uncle working a boring job at an amusement park. The hero, who communicates with few people and does not particularly like fun and noise, is constantly surrounded by a group of relatives who play, dance and sing. How can these two sides find a common language? How does a closeted uncle get rid of his attachment? How can the merry band learn to accept him as he is?
The actors: Edmundas Mikulskis, Jokūbas Bareikis, Vytautas Rumšas (young .), Tomas Stirna and Ilona Kvietkutė.
