According to the short story of S. Šaltenis

The play, based on the short story of Saulius Šaltenis, tells the story of Andrii Šata, a young guy living in a small Lithuanian town of the middle of the last century, and his beloved Liuka, whose bright love story is overshadowed by Šata and Disagreements of the Kaminski families. "Nut Bread" breathes a breath of fresh air into the Keistuliai Theater, resounding with the music of "The Beatles" and the steps of the outgoing childhood.

This is a performance for young people living in a constantly changing, cynical and pure love-denying environment, where sometimes yes for a long moment, allowing yourself to say: "I'm not alone!".

Dalia Tamulevičiūtė Professional Theater Festival 2018 "Riešutu duona" won four awards for audience sympathy, best direction (director Aidas Giniotis), best supporting role (actor Dalius Skamarakas) and best role of a young actress (actor Aistė Šeštokaitė).
