“This is my most life -like play. The idea of ​​"fermentation" was born when I moved to live in the eleventh district of Paris. There was a tanner on my street with a charismatic leader. Many details in the play are taken from the secret rooms of that tanner, homemade cider, no cluttered vegetables, and a non -self -perception of life. In fact, this is the perfect place to make ideas - short working hours, delicious food, lunch together.
