The duo of dancers Laurynas Žakevičius and Rock Šaltenis are constructed as a dialogue with another, albeit in essence. By studying the movements of the dance dance and their flow, at the same time comparing to Lithuanian folk dance, the bodily, tangible form of a man's dancer's identity is sought. Becoming each other's mirrored reflections, today's norms, pre -opinions and stereotypes in the world try to look back at themselves, strongness in sensitivity, self -feeling in the change and in another, dualum.
"Vienudu" is an artistic study of hip -hop identity canons. To explore artists and audiences as a form of art. The performance gives you the opportunity to reflect on the concept of the world without borders through cultural relationships, with the migration of art and cultural forms. Western masculine form of dance is comparing and linked to codes of Lithuanian folk dancing motion. Artists ask: What men are we, what this dance is evidenced by the stage, and what it is in the fight, in sports, such as the Olympics? Image use issues. Creative explorations of this art and stories of its emergence invite them to dialogue between them and beyond the performance.
