Four seasons, four cello, four radically different dancers.
Dance and live music performance "The Seasons" is the first joint work of the Klaipeda cello quartet led by the Klaipėda Cello Cello Dance Theater and Mindaugas Bačkus. Cello of cellists are performed by one of the most popular works in the world - Antonio Vivaldi's four -seasons acquires a new, deconstructed form on the stage. Different times and verse of the year are embodied here by every unique, very different expression and plastic performers: aristocratic ballerina Beata Molytė, theater shaman Ben Šarka, actor Mimas Alex Mažonas, and one of his strongest contemporary dance dancers Marius Mine. Choreographer Agnija Sheiko managed to master the cooperation of these personalities on stage by giving them sufficient freedom of expression. This creates an unexpected harmony of dance and music of different performers on stage.
