T. Janežičius' works stand out for their original directorial interpretations, although he could not be called the traditional director-builder. Rather, he is a true experimenter and a keen researcher of human nature. The most important thing for him is not to stage a performance, but to establish a connection with a person: the actor, the entire creative group, and finally the audience. During rehearsals, the director, who in addition to his artistic training is also a qualified psychodrama therapist, uses this psychodrama method to bring the actors together, creating a safe environment for them to open up and create.
