"OPEN THE WINDOWS TO THE SUN" based on the works of Matilda Olkinaitė (1922–1941)

The performance is based on the works of the Lithuanian poet of Jewish origin, Matilda Olkinaitė. Despite the tragic death of the poetess, the performance turned out to be very bright and hopeful. M. Olkinaitė was very young, she created when she was 15-19 years old, so her work is playful, sometimes with humor, except for the late poems. This concert is an attempt to grasp the fragile but intense inner world of the young poetess. And also to acquaint the audience with a wide field of her creativity: small

prose, children's, humorous and dramatic poems full of fatal flair...

In the program - C. Debussy, M. Mangani, B Bartok, B. Dvarion, C. Saint-Seans, M. Richter's work.
