In the first year of life, the foundation of practically all processes in the child's body is laid. How and what he eats depends on his physical and mental development, how well his immune system will develop, whether he will have allergic reactions or not. In addition, even life expectancy depends on what and how a child eats in the first year. European and global recommendations on when and how to include complementary foods in the baby's diet.
