ABOUT THE SEMINAR:
p>
Breastfeeding is a skill, just like driving a car or knowing how to swim. So it is necessary to acquire, learn and react completely calmly to the fact that in the first month both the mother and the baby may face certain obstacles. It takes time and experience for both of you to get used to breastfeeding. Well, tackling problems early on will help ensure good milk production and prolong breastfeeding in the future. During the seminar, you will receive useful tips on how to overcome all the challenges that mothers often face from the first day after giving birth.
Breastfeeding in the first weeks can be exhausting and seem endless. The baby will ask for the breast every hour, day and night, and you will not feel strong after giving birth.
What to do?
Take care of yourself. Although it is much easier said than done when holding a newborn, but still try to rest as much as possible, eat healthy and regularly, and drink plenty of water. Do not refuse the help of your partner, relatives and friends. If you can, hire an assistant.
Feed lying down. This will allow you to relax and reduce tension in painful areas.
Don't skip meals! Your partner may offer to bottle feed your baby while you rest. But don't give in to this temptation - remember that milk production is best established during the first four weeks of exclusive breastfeeding. When breastfeeding has already acquired a rhythm, you can feed the baby with discontinued milk, but until then it is better to ask relatives to help you with other tasks, so that you can devote all your attention to the newborn and breastfeeding.
