About the seminar:

Some women are easy to breastfeed, while others take a little more time. Natalja Bartkevičienė, lecturer Natalja Bartkevičienė, will help you strengthen your relationship with your newborn, provide you with basic knowledge of breastfeeding and answer the most common breastfeeding questions.

The first days of the baby in this world are special: it falls into a whole new environment, surrounded by new people, smells, sounds. So many changes are a great disturbing and fear. However, the presence of a mother nearby can be given by calming and a sense of security. It is not for nothing that the touch has magical power, and especially the mother's touch to her baby.

The connection between the baby and the mother, which is established not only through love, swing, talk, but during breastfeeding during the first months of life. Proper nutrition is undoubtedly one of the most important factors that determine the growth, development, health and adaptation of the baby. Breast milk is a natural and best adapted food for the baby, and breast -feeding helps to strengthen the mother -child connection, the child feels safer, and it becomes easier for him to adapt to the environment.

Seminar topics:

• Organization of lactation. Breastfeeding skills. Proper nourishment is the most important factor for successful breastfeeding. Most problems are due to poor breastfeeding techniques.
• Pregnant and nourishing woman's breasts and nipple care.
• Mom's milk composition and benefits.
• What a mother who has given birth can eat.

Seminar duration 2 hours.
The seminar is hosted by lecturer Natalja Bartkevičienė, a certified breastfeeding consultant.
