The Lord of the Rings: The War of the Rohirrim is a new story set in the fascinating world of Middle-earth based on the books of J. R. R. Tolkien. It tells the story of the legendary King Helm of Rohan and his daughter Hera, and the events of more than 180 years before Peter Jackson's famous Lord of the Rings trilogy. The kingdom of Rohan is suddenly attacked by the cunning and ruthless Dungem Lord Wulf, seeking revenge for his father's death. Rohan's forces are no match for the attackers and slowly, in the end, King Helm is forced to retreat to the last and most powerful stronghold in the country, Hornburg Castle, which will go down in history as Helm's Ravine. The forces of the surrounded defenders gradually weaken, and on top of that, a disaster occurs: King Helm is killed while chasing the enemies. Now the fate of the kingdom of Rohan rests in the hands of his daughter Hera. The girl is forced to use all her skills, courage and will to try to defeat her enemies and save her people from complete annihilation. The film is in English with Lithuanian subtitles.
