Excursion-performance during which modernist architecture and interwar Kaunas are presented. A city that entered the race with other European cities and achieved its own: it was called little Paris, and in 2023. The buildings of Kaunas, their diversity, the optimism that unites everything have been recognized as exceptional not only in Lithuania, Europe, but all over the world. The modernist architecture of Kaunas has been granted UNESCO heritage status as one of the most prominent early examples of regionalism in the history of modernist architecture.
This is 2017. the revival of the created project, the synthesis of sounds and dance performance allowing the survival of people who lived between the wars, such as: A. Smetona, A. Valdemaras, Č. Sugihara, M. Avietinaitė and others. and building histories. By revealing the events, the present, real life stories, the culture of the time, the uniqueness and uniqueness of the style. Each building, which is presented during the performance-excursion lasting just over an hour, is unique, one-of-a-kind, with a personal biography. The trajectory of the movement is the garden of the War Museum, Vienybės Square, S.Daukanto Street, Laisvės Alley. The project is unique in that here the viewer not only observes the visual staging of the work, but also becomes an immersive participant with the help of headphones. The voices in them are voiced by R. Zemkauskas, G. Padegimos, B. Letukaitė, J. Kančienė and others.
