And certainly not in vain, Kaunas is one of the few European cities, which can boast such an abundance of modernist buildings of this time. When we meet, we will show you the most special, most exclusive and representative examples of this unique heritage, but we will talk not only about the buildings, but also about the people who have created and set up them. You will hear which structures are called "skyscrapers", which is decorated with portraits of its owners and what was the famous "national style" that blossomed in tulips? You will find out which architect was famous not only for his work, but also for the bohemian life, whose architect cows grazed almost in the very center of Kaunas, and who enjoyed flying planes in his spare time.
