The dance troupe Ulna marks her 5th birthday with a special project-a cycle of contemporary dance seminars "(to) Dance". In November, intensive activities are for young people who have already advanced dance (14-29) who will have the opportunity to expand their knowledge, deepen their skills and inspire new experiences. During this cycle, the strongest and most interesting artists of Lithuania and foreign contemporary dance and movement will invite you to explore the boundaries of contemporary dance!

About the lecturer
Džiugas Kunsman is a contemporary circus artist, acrobat, actor and dancer. 2017 He graduated from a Bachelor's degree in theater and Cinema at Vytautas Magnus University, and even during his studies, he earned two Fortune diplomas for roles in performances and Nutricul. 2017-2019 Džiugas deepened his knowledge and skills in the contemporary circus School Flic Scuola di Circo.
The artist is actively participating in the Lithuanian Contemporary Art and Circus scene - contributed to Kaunas - European Capital of Culture 2022 program, appeared in various festivals in Lithuania and abroad, and leads educational activities, promoting the dissemination and development of circus art.
About the seminar
During the seminar, participants will be invited to get to know the connection of the contemporary circus and motion, to explore acrobatics, theater and dance elements. The activity focuses on body awareness, coordination, self -confidence and courage to create. Practical exercises will develop strength, flexibility and ability to use the body as a means of expression, discovering a unique artistic language.
Seminar duration - 3 hours.
