The dance troupe Ulna marks her 5th birthday with a special project-a cycle of contemporary dance seminars "(to) Dance". In November, intensive activities are for young people who have already advanced dance (14-29) who will have the opportunity to expand their knowledge, deepen their skills and inspire new experiences. During this cycle, the strongest and most interesting artists of Lithuania and foreign contemporary dance and movement will invite you to explore the boundaries of contemporary dance!

About the lecturer
Adrian Carlo Bibian, commonly called Carlo, is a dance artist, choreographer. Born in 1995 In the province of Ontario (Canada), growing in Acapulkulk (Mexico), he currently lives in Lithuania and actively continues his creative journey.
Carlo has worked with Cía. Médula, La Quinto Danza Y Theater, cooperated with artists from different countries. He is currently a freelance artist, a member of the Lithuanian Contemporary Dance Association, a participant of the international project "Dance Well", a member of the dance troupe "Nuepiko" and the guest of the Sheikh Dance Troupe.
Carlo's work reflects constant search, experimentation and dedication to the dance ecosystem. The most important thing for him is not only artistic practice, but also sharing experiences, creating communion and constant learning.
About the seminar
Trace Thru Trace / Trazo Trazo is a seminar to explore various methods of movement and body expression. The purpose of the activity is to help participants rediscover themselves through movement by developing a sense of fluency, continuity and strength.
The workshop will focus on working with the floor as the first point of support, exploring shifts, support relationships, slips and development of new coordination models. In the dynamic process, participants will be invited to discover the voltage and flow of motion in the dynamic process:
Tension - waiting, focused movement towards the goal. Flow - Trust in the process, the permit for motion and space to reveal naturally. Seminar invites dance practitioners not only to develop technical skills, but also to create space for communication, reflection and constant self -discovery.

Seminar duration - 3 hours.
