When we watch others share even the simplest thoughts in video format - it's interesting to watch. And we mutter to ourselves that our words are not valuable enough to be heard...

It seems that everything has already been said on the Internet, why not repeat myself? No. From different mouths and circumstances, at different times, the same information can resonate with people in an absolutely different way. Have you noticed that when you open a book or a movie after a long break - we notice and understand new things?

When we are drowning in a flood of artificial intelligence and video content, when good cameras and effects have become available to everyone - you can stand out only by being fully yourself and sharing what you are sincerely passionate about. Listeners feel it, and that's how they decide who to follow, who to trust. We all long for an authenticity and simplicity that we can resonate with.

Self-filming has an under-discussed but crucial role in our growth. It's not just about getting paid to present your service, share something interesting, or inspire others. This is also a self-therapeutic process. Have you ever felt that filming yourself is terribly uncomfortable, and watching it - completely breaks your body? It says a lot about how we perceive ourselves. Learning to film is also learning to allow yourself to be yourself.

I am very happy that the workshop managed to gather such a team with which we will instill courage and clarity on this path.

Lecturers:
Benas Rupeikis - professional theater improvisation actor ("Impro241") and lecturer, long-time casting specialist of "Actors Agency" - he will help discover and enrich playfulness, body language, intonation, get along with other workshop participants.

Julija Brodskė - Professional public speaking lecturer, organizer of "TEDxKlaipėda". Her presentation was one of the highlights at the "LOGIN 2026" conference.

She will help you refine your thoughts and messages, teach you how to structure your speech to 'hook' from the first seconds.

Saulius Balčiūnas is a 'one-man-band' videographer with a colorful 15-year video production experience, who has worked in all areas of filming. He has been teaching this craft to others for 11 years - individually, in groups, and at the "Atomic Garden" advertising school. Saulius will teach you how to make high-quality videos with only what we have in our pockets. After filming hundreds of interviews, he will share the most important nuances that you need to know in order to feel confident and attractive in front of the camera.
