Mind vacation day in Kaunas: recharging the nervous system

Gong sounds, Himalayan yoga, breathing, meditation

There are days when the body rests, but the mind still works at full capacity - analyzing work, making plans and solving everyday matters. For a person living in such a rhythm, regular sleep alone is no longer enough. When the head is constantly occupied with information, the body remains tense even during vacation. The brain needs a complete information stop and a reset of the nervous system.

This day is for those who want to turn off the constant noise of thoughts. In practice, I do not use complex theories or philosophical concepts. I rely on what works directly and most effectively - body movement, conscious breathing and the deep vibrations of the sound of the gong. This is the basic hygiene for the body and mind that we will perform during one intensive day.

What happens during this experience? The body lets go of accumulated physical tension, the nervous system calms down, and light and that rare but much-needed inner silence appear in the head.

The event is led by Vyrenijus Andrijauskas - a long-time yoga teacher and gong master with 16 years of experience leading groups.

Daily program:

10:00 - 10:15 Meeting and preparation.

10:15 – 11:15 Himalayan yoga: physical movement and breathing exercises gradually transitioning into meditation.

11:30 – 12:50 “Gongs of silence”: deep, concentrated recharging of the nervous system in the sound space.

12:50 – 13:50 Lunch break (for quiet time).

13:50 – 15:10 Movement meditation: free, unrestricted movement to release deep tensions in the body.

15:30 – 16:30 Gong Bathing: a deep sound journey culminating in a full meditative experience silence.

16:30 – 17:00 Questions, answers and sharing.
