In this 3.5-hour workshop, you’ll:
? Make your own body chain – we’ll start with inspiration boards, talk safety, then dive into step-by-step technique. You’ll learn how to design, link, and adjust your piece. No experience needed!
? Vibe to a specially created playlist – so you feel inspired and grounded
? Enjoy a mini-fourchette & refreshments – because creativity deserves a treat
? Learn a short dance combo that highlights your body chain - optional filming for your socials included
