A unique opportunity for the most curious viewers - a glimpse into the everyday life of the theater. On January 24, we invite you to an open rehearsal of the classical ballet "Don Quixote" in the Great Hall. Spectators who have purchased tickets will be able to get to know the unadorned side of the work of the main Lithuanian ballet troupe.

In a ballet performance, every detail of the choreography is important, so they are polished very carefully in the rehearsal. It is possible to see not only how the artists perform their tasks, but also how an international team of professionals works with them, which the audience of the performance does not see. Everyday work does not shine in fancy costumes or the greatness of the orchestra's sound - here the most important thing is to prepare the role as best as possible so that the planned performance will impress everyone present.

"Don Quixote", which adorns the repertoire of the Lithuanian National Opera and Ballet Theater and was staged by choreographer Vasilijus Medvedevs, is a real feast for lovers of classics. We welcome the opportunity to reveal some of the mystery behind the polished magic of ballet.

The rehearsal will take place from 11:10 to 13:00. (you can leave earlier). Doors open at 10.40am.

We warn you that this is a working rehearsal, where there are stops and comments (in Lithuanian and English), and the performers participate without make-up or costumes.
