You connect while driving in the car, shopping in the store and even relaxing in the summer by the lake, sometimes I choose You over the chirping of birds. But they are also the sounds of nature - for me you are indeed You. Music, You are indescribably many!

Like the body, we sometimes take music for granted, we don't notice it. And even if we admire music, we don't always know and understand it.

Let's start with the primer and the primary instrument of cognition - the body. The already familiar Severas Švedas from Physical Culture will help deconstruct the music.
