The experiential conference "(Im)Perfect Woman", loved by women for deep experiences, real emotions and a sense of celebration, is moving to Vilnius in 2025. This year's theme is the Woman's Voice.

Women are still often afraid to boldly express themselves to the world and show their true "I" - due to society's attitude, formed internal fears or internal blocks.

It's often frowned upon - or free - to speak openly with your partner, children or at work, and one of the biggest human fears is public speaking. Often you don't dare to just be yourself. A woman's expression is also her body, movement, and clothes. We all want to feel brave, empowered, ourselves in the world - but we don't always know how to do it.

At the conference, we will hear from experienced lecturers about a woman's voice and its importance. For example, instead of suppressing your voice in a relationship, how do you respectfully speak up to be heard? How to create a dream career or business, where you are in your own sled, true to yourself and all your talents open up to you? We will answer the question of what is your authentic expression through fashion and appearance. We will dive deep into new insights and experience how our society is changing and why the female voice is more important in it now than ever.

Musical artistic performances at our conference will be a powerful tool to show the power a strong voice can unlock in everyone from us.
