Unclosed gestalts - what to do?
We invite you to the first event of this year's Vilnius Gestalt Institute in a different format, where psychotherapy meets certain unfinished situations in life - open gestalts.
Unclosed gestalts are unfinished situations or work in the past that prevent us from moving forward and fully experiencing today. When situations are completed, past gestalts are closed, space for new processes, needs and actions appears.
During this event, you will have the opportunity to observe live how to close/complete those unclosed gestalts/unfinished situations.
What will it all look like?
One psychotherapist will tell a specific situation of his therapeutic work with a client and receive supervision.
Supervision is a format where a colleague learns and gains experience from other colleagues, discusses the psychotherapeutic situation together and looks for solutions, raises hypotheses and formulates new strategies for working with the client.
Supervision will be given by five different specialists:
Violeta Lenkauskienė Gestalt psychotherapist, psychologist, lawyer; Loreta Aleknienė, Gestalt psychotherapist, psychiatrist; Daiva Vietrinienė, Gestalt psychotherapist, supervisor, Enneagram and NLP trainer, Mindfulnes teacher, coaching specialist; Danguolė Krupovnickienė, Gestalt psychotherapist, supervisor, Mindfulness stress management and cognitive behavioral therapy teacher - instructor; Arūnas Jankauskis, gestalt psychotherapist, theologian.
The event is led and moderated by rhetoric teacher, lecturer, coaching specialist, gestalt psychotherapy and breathing therapy practitioner Donald Duškinas.
This is a great opportunity to see one situation up close from different perspectives.

Specialists from different fields will show and let you feel that there is no single correct solution. Just like psychotherapy itself, the goal is to show a person more possibilities than he himself sees, in solving everyday life problems.
Therefore, during this event, you will observe how specialists from various fields see a certain problem/situation from their perspective and professional field, analyze and discuss, and present their insights.
During the event, we will analyze the client's situations, there will be discussions between different specialists and areas of psychotherapy.
February 18 we invite you to an event where specialists from different fields will analyze one situation, share insights, help you feel and see more broadly.
There will be an open discussion, you will have the opportunity to ask questions.

Price of the event: 30 euros. (per person), Friends ticket - 50 eur. (price when buying a ticket for two people).
