IPMA Young Crew Lithuania invites you to the Project Management Championship 2026 - a national selection for the international IPMA Young Crew Project Management Championship.
The Project Management Championship is an international event for high school students, future project managers. During the event, teams solve real business problems using project management methodologies and present their solutions to a professional evaluation committee.
?The purpose of the event is to create an inspiring, practice-based experience that:
encourages young people to test their project management skills in solving real business problems; allows practical application of project management methodologies; motivates to choose project management as a career path; introduces IPMA methodology and international network; strengthens cooperation between students and business; develops internationality and professional English. ⏱️ What will happen during the event? The 6 strongest student teams, selected after the qualifying test, will participate in the national final.
The event will be held in English and will last about 8 hours:
the teams will solve the project task according to the principles of project management; they will independently prepare solutions for 3-4 hours; they will present the results to the evaluation committee; the committee will choose the winner according to unified criteria. The winning team will represent Lithuania at the international final of the IPMA Young Crew Project Management Championship in Greece.
?️ Types of tickets? Spectator ticket For those who want to attend the event live:
you will observe presentations of project tasks by teams; you will listen to lectures and insights from project management professionals; you will expand your professional circle of contacts, you will communicate with like-minded people, students and project management professionals. An excellent choice for students, young professionals and anyone interested in project management.
* Buyers of the observer ticket will be informed about the exact arrival time and address one week before the event. Observers will be able to join in the second part of the event.
