Each of us vibrates at a unique frequency - it is created by our emotions, experiences and state. Therefore, the music we choose is not random: it must be in harmony with the inner sound, otherwise we feel out of place, as if it is not our own melody.
Psychology helps to hear that inner music - to recognize what feelings sound in us, with what sounds we can express them. In this meeting, I will invite you to explore your voice and body as an instrument, to dare to hear what is currently living inside us. Maybe we will discover more than one emotion at the same time, or maybe we will feel the melody of the person next to us.
"I am a musician and a psychologist - these two worlds have been connected in my life since childhood. When I feel good, I dance and sing; at concerts I live to the rhythm of the music, and sometimes a silent experience turns into a song at the piano. Sometimes inspiration comes from a meaningful poem, sometimes from bright or painful moments in life," says Kristina Cibulskė.
I invite you to be together in one space - with me, with yourself, with music and feelings.
Maybe we'll discover something very important here: each other... and maybe even ourselves.
The event will feature sung poetry, ballads based on verses and original songs performed by Kristina accompanied by the piano. The music will be interwoven with textual interludes - life experiences, philosophical and psychological reflections, which help to look at sound as a form of feeling.
